	M&iacute;&scaron;a Kopperov&aacute; členka XXtreme teamu, z&aacute;vod&iacute;c&iacute; za SK Best Fitness Žď&aacute;r nad S&aacute;zavou. <br />
	&nbsp;Dne 1.5.2010 proběhlo v Orlov&eacute; Mistrovstv&iacute; Moravy a Slezska v bodyfitness, kde v kategorii do 160cm obsadila bronzovou př&iacute;čku. <br />
	Ve dnech 8.-9.2010 proběhlo v Jihlavě Mistrovstv&iacute; republiky a zde se stala v&iacute;cemistryn&iacute; v t&eacute;že kategorii (foto s tren&eacute;rem Vl&aacute;ďou a s př&iacute;telem, s trofejemi). &nbsp;<br />
	&nbsp;</div>
<p>Ke kulturistice jsem se dostala d&iacute;ky př&iacute;teli, kter&yacute; měl posilov&aacute;n&iacute; jako doplňkov&yacute; sport k Thajsk&eacute;mu boxu. N&aacute;sledně jsme se pokusily z&uacute;ročit nabit&eacute; zku&scaron;enosti a svalov&eacute; př&iacute;růstky v soutěži časopisu Svět kulturistiky, kde jsem obsadila 2.m&iacute;sto. Jelikož se mi tento sport zal&iacute;bil dal&scaron;&iacute; rok jsem &uacute;čast zopakovala a zv&iacute;tězila jsem. N&aacute;sledně se mi podařilo zkontaktovat s tren&eacute;rem Vl&aacute;ďou Pajičem, kter&yacute; mi nab&iacute;dl, jestli nechci zkusit soutěžn&iacute; prkna. A v&yacute;&scaron;e uveden&eacute; um&iacute;stěn&iacute; hovoř&iacute; za v&scaron;e. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Jak vn&iacute;m&aacute; tento sport okol&iacute; přesně nemohu ř&iacute;ci. Vět&scaron;inu voln&eacute;ho času&nbsp; tr&aacute;v&iacute;m v posilovně a tam mě v&scaron;ichni berou takovou jak&aacute; jsem. Vět&scaron;inou mi v&scaron;ichni fand&iacute; a přej&iacute; mi m&eacute; &uacute;spěchy.<br />
	Jako největ&scaron;&iacute; opora je můj př&iacute;tel Marcel, kter&yacute; tak&eacute; aktivně posiluje a je mi vždy připraven pomoci jak radou při tr&eacute;ninku, tak v osobn&iacute;m životě.</p>
<p>Co se t&yacute;k&aacute; pl&aacute;nů do budoucna, tak ty moc neře&scaron;&iacute;m. Z&aacute;lež&iacute; na tom co je teď! A d&aacute;le tak&eacute; v&scaron;e z&aacute;vis&iacute; na spoustě faktorů - zdrav&iacute;, osobn&iacute; život, pr&aacute;ce a s t&iacute;m souvisej&iacute;c&iacute; finančn&iacute; str&aacute;nka.<br />
	Finance, je to, co pravděpodobně ře&scaron;&iacute; vět&scaron;ina&nbsp; n&aacute;s obyčejn&yacute;ch lid&iacute;. Pracuji v supermarketu a v&scaron;e si pro zat&iacute;m sponzoruji sama.</p>

Jmenuji se Jaroslav Kraus a narodil jsem se 10.12.1989 v Jihlavě. Mezi m&#233; kon&#237;čky patř&#237; tenis, plav&#225;n&#237; a tak&#233; j&#237;zda na kole. V&#353;eobecně miluji sport, bez něj bych opravdu b&#253;t nemohl. Tento rok jsem ukončil &#353;kolu. Studoval jsem kuchařinu (vařen&#237; mě opravdu bav&#237;), chyst&#225;m se d&#225;l pokračovat a udělat si maturitu.

<p>Poprv&eacute; jsem se sezn&aacute;mil s činkami ve &scaron;kole, kde jsme jeli kruhov&eacute; tr&eacute;ninky, prov&aacute;děli jsme bench press, zdvih jednoruček atd. Učitel, kter&yacute; n&aacute;s tr&eacute;noval, tak&eacute; chodil do posilovny a byl opravdu mohutn&yacute;. Tak jsem se domluvil s k&aacute;mo&scaron;em, že bychom tak&eacute; mohli někdy zaj&iacute;t. Bylo to v dubnu 2005 a mě bylo 15 let.&nbsp;Oba jsme chtěli m&iacute;t svaly, ale j&aacute; jako jedin&yacute; vydržel.</p>

<p><font size="2">&nbsp;<em>Poprv&eacute; jsem startoval po roce intenzivn&iacute;ho tr&eacute;ninku, takže moment&aacute;lně naj&iacute;žd&iacute;m na třet&iacute; rok z&aacute;vodn&iacute; kari&eacute;ry.</em></font></p>

<p><font size="2">&nbsp;<strong>Odkud poch&aacute;z&iacute;&scaron; a kde tr&eacute;nuje&scaron;?</strong></font></p>

<p><font size="2"><em>&nbsp;Dř&iacute;ve jsem tr&eacute;noval ve Fitness Factory, nyn&iacute; ale c&iacute;t&iacute;m, že potřebuji změnu a tak jsem pře&scaron;el do&nbsp;<a href="http://www.mm-fitness.cz"><strong>M &amp; M FITNESS</strong></a>.</em></font></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><font size="2"><strong>&nbsp;Jakou svalovou skupinu tr&eacute;nuje&scaron; nejraději a kterou zrovna &quot;nemus&iacute;&scaron;&quot;?</strong></font></p>
<p><font size="2">&nbsp;<em>Tak u mě je to Hrudn&iacute;k, ramena, ale jak pozoruji, postupem času se u mě hodně obl&iacute;benost parti&iacute; měn&iacute; po p&aacute;r měs&iacute;c&iacute;ch už m&aacute;m r&aacute;d něco jin&eacute;ho.</em></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><em>&nbsp;Před světem mě hodně bavily nohy, kter&eacute; jsem od republiky zlep&scaron;il. V&iacute;ce jem se na ně zaměřil a&nbsp;tr&eacute;noval je &uacute;plně jinou technikou.&nbsp;</em></font></p>
<p><font size="2"><em>&nbsp;Co mě až tak nebav&iacute;, je břicho, ale beru to tak, že je důležit&eacute; v&scaron;echno.</em></font></p>

Pak jsem se dal na Judo, kter&eacute; jsem dělal asi tak&eacute; 2 roky, ale přestalo mě bavit a měl jsem neust&aacute;le nějak&aacute; zraněn&iacute; tak jsem pře&scaron;el k&nbsp;cvičen&iacute; a už u toho zůstal.</p>
